My original complaint refrence no 1712b051403 dt.[protected] was attended by your technicians after l0 days that too after lots of reminder calls and emails from me.
That time your technician just cleaned the air filter and gave lots of advice and tips about how to use ac and told us to observe for some days. But the problem of burning / gas like smell, poor cooling, and unbearable noise not solved. Received call from vijay sales vecare andher inquiring whether problem is resolved or not. My reply was negative, in response your customer care executive assured me of needful action from your side. But no further action taken by your customer care or service center vecare in this regard.

I again complained to your customer care reference no. 1803-b13100697 dt.[protected]. One of your technician attended 2 times in this regard again he cleaned the air filter and gave lots of advice and tips as to how to use the ac he also told me that he will recommend to the vijay sales to do wet service to solve the problem.
After two days i received call from vecare andheri asking whether my complaint is solved, my reply was negative and i told the customer care executive all the facts.

I waited for 2 days but no initiative from your side so i again called the vecare andheri on [protected] inquiring about the status of my complaint. I was shocked to know that my complaint was resolved and closed in their records. I requested to your customer care executive to transfer my call to some senior person. My call was transferred to mr. Rajesh rajbahar mobile no.[protected]. He arranged another technician visit on friday[protected].

This technician one man show came without any assistant he had done the wet service with my help. After wet service he sprayed deodorant in different parts of ac and told that there will be no bad smell in future. But still the problem not solved, instead it had became more troubling and unbearable with tremendous increase in the noise after wet wash, bad gas like burning smell and poor cooling problems are also not solved.

Again receive call from vecare andheri on[protected] inquiring about the issue. Again my answer was negative and also reported the above mentioned facts to the executive. As usual your customer care executive assured me that she will do the needful to resolve the issue. But there after no call from your vecare in this regard.

I waited from 3 days and again called vecare andheri on[protected] times, every time the customer care executive assured me that she will do the need full to resolve my issue but nothing was actually done in this regard. Again on[protected] i called vecare andheri 5 times first 2 calls i talked to customer care executive she again assured me that she will do the need full, but i was not convinced so i requested to transfer my 3rd call to some senior person, and my call was transferred to mr. Rajesh rajbahar he also assured me that he will arrange technician visit as early as possible.

But still no technician calls or visits, i also reminded mr. Rajesh rajbahar by calling his personal mobile no. He told me that my complaint is forwarded to vijay sales and some senior technician will visit and check the problem, he assured me that my complaint will be resolved but it was just a false assurance.

On[protected] i called your customer care no.[protected] and in formed about all the facts the customer care executive told me that he had registered my complaint and technician will visit shortly. There after no visit/call from any technician or any customer care executive in this regard till today[protected].6.00pm.

My complaint is pending / unsolved from[protected] almost 4 months passed. I have to call again and again or mail again and again to remind vijay sales customer care as regards to my issue. I forgot to call your customer care departments closes complaints without resolving. Your customer care and service center persons are just doing nothing concrete to resolve my issue.

This indicates very irresponsible behavior on the part of vijay sales customer care and vijay sales service center vecare andheri. Worst customer care i ever came across.

This is my last mail in this regard, if no prompt action taken from your side i have to initiate legal action against vijay sales

This team provide old product to the customer and the customer service is pathetic.
No reply to email or phone to compliant & help from Vijay Sales

I have received a product which is one year old and charged me the same amount of 2018

Nobody is ready to reply or replace the old product.
