Next day i got a damaged washing machine. At the same time i returned it with the delivery boy. I purchased it in exchange offer. My old machine they left in the parking area of my society and told me on 16-aug-2-16 they will deliver my machine and take the old machine. Yesterday i was in the touch of vijay sales office, and they told me. We will deliver it on tuesday itself. After waiting whole day, i visit the vijay sales showroom, then thay told me we will deliver it on 17- august. Today since morning no body is receiving the call on +[protected] and +[protected] I am fed off for this service. Very poor customer interaction. Still my old washing machine is in the parking area, and i am getting complaint from society. I have attached the receipt. Please let me know what is the status of the product.
