I personally visited the showroom for installation rqst on 20apr, call logged for AC installation on sat/sun...

Updated by Sonam Shrivastava Besides this, 11 calls were not connected on 22.04.2017.
On 23.04.2017, calls not connected on customer care number as well as on showroom number. It has been almost 1 month since purchase. No customer care executive is able to provide a satisfactory solution to my problem.
I am a working woman & I am available at home only on weekends. If installation is not completed today, the matter would be delayed by another 1 week. It is tough to tide over Mumbai summers without an AC. It is more frustrating when I have already spent money to buy an AC but cannot get the benefit of it.

I booked 43 inch LED TV last week and not able to get delivery on date..Too much frustrating to deal with vijay sales for delivery.. Not fulfilling commitment. Not able to get to response.
