[Resolved] Vijaya Bank — Amount debited for online transaction | |||||
I have made online transaction on jabong and transaction got failed. But the amount was debited from my account. After 5 days i received refund from jabong but the amount was not credited by bank. I have submitted complaint in my bank branch but they said they did not receive any response from main office. I am seriously frustrated of this bank. This bank has no rules and regulations. They don't respond to customer queries. They keep refund with them. I will not suggest this bank to anyone. Was this information helpful? | |||||
