[Resolved]  Vijaya Bank — cash not dispense from atm amount debited

I visited vijaya bank atm to get withdraw rs.10000 /- dated 13th nov 2018
Timing 5.08 pm via card of icici bank used but due to technical error cash could not be dispense and amount debited from balance
I called icici bank customer care same date to register complaint.7 days gone and today i recieved an update from icici bank that no update available
I need your help because my icici card insert in vijaya bank both at least not bothered to answer
I email their grivance they also not answered my complaint
