Vijaya Bank — imps failure but amount deducted in my account | |||
I have done imps from vijaya bank to yesbank account number [protected] ifsc code yesb0cmsnoc name finnovation tech amount of rs 8118/- transaction id[protected] the amount of rs 8120.95/- has been deducted in my account but it shows failure and the amount has not been credited in my beneficiary's account. How can i accept a 10 rupee coin when vijaybank dont accept that coin...either you should put a board that 10 rupee coin is taken out of cerculation...or you sould do some need full...

I transferred tha amount through V mobile app twice today both the transcation not completed but amount debited from my account. The transaction details as follows

The screenshot of passbook attached below and unsuccessful transactions
I mailed to both [protected]@vijayabank.co.in and [protected]@vijayabank.co.in but they were not responding to the email. Please kindly help me
