[Resolved] Vijaya Bank — my amount has not processed. | |||
I have purchased a product from myntra online shopping and paid it online. As the product didn't suit me so i return the product and company have also returned the amount in the concerned bank account i have used that is of vijaya bank. But the amount have not been returned in my account. I have call to the customer care of the myntra but they say that they have already returned the amount and it is up to the bank to do the further payment. So please do help me to tackle this problem. Managers behaviour toward the customers is extremely unacceptable. no proper administration delayed work and takes a lot of time to provide us the work with . after submitting money in my account i receive the money after 4-5 hours which becomes dissatifactory to me and my work gets effected. he is not particular about his duties
