Good morning, I have not received a refund against cancelled order on Amazon, please help, all your phone line are always congested and I am unable to reach anyone. Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this query. Some nationalized banks may take more time than usual to credit the refund. I have done a transaction of rupees 2000 on date 12/03/2019 but the money was refunded with the (pgi ref no)(QUR[protected]) on date 12/04/2019 but still up to today the bank has not refunded or update my account so I can get my money back.
It has already 13 days passed but not get updated my account
