Vijaya Bank — regarding neft transfer... amount deducted from account but not received by beneficiary

Both the times amount deducted from my account ( Arnav Paper Industries)
But not received by beneficiary SBI bank

Due to this issue I'm not able to receive my
Ordered goods... From beneficiary party

Please do something as soon as possible

I've already launched complaint on
[protected]@vijayabank.co.in but no response has been received so far please do look into the matter.
