I visited the Vijaya diagnostic center KPHB Phase 6 Near Forum mall today i..e., 21 Feb 2023. The billing amount has to be rs.6084 but the person at the billdesk made rs.8864 that is because he attended a call while billing and added an extra test "24hours urinary iron" of worth rs.2780 which was mentioned by the person on the call. When i asked why was this added, please remove it from the bill, he mentioned that he mistakenly added it while speaking to other person on the call.They asked me to fill a form for the refund of rs.2780. Why should we be facing the issue for his mistake? I filled the form (attached here) and gave it to them mentioning the reason as "The employee has mistakenly added while speaking to other person on phone". He made me sign on other unfilled form and when i questioned on why should i sign again on unfilled form when i already filled a form and gave it to you, he mentioned he need to submit 2 forms which was a clear lie. I mentioned the correct reason and so he wanted to change the reason for "the cancellation on test and refund" form. One person says the refund will be given in 3 days, one person says 5days and one arrogant lady sitting there with no sense of customer service says it takes 10days and says it is not in their hands.Just because of their negligence, should i face all this unnecessary situation and arrogance? why can't these guys be responsible?when you make us pay the amount it is in 1sec but when you have to refund, it takes 10days? You make mistakes and talk to customers rudely? First learn customer service.Extremely disappointed with the service and behaviour and negligence and arrogance.
