I would like to complaint on providing wrong diagnosis on SARS-CoV-2 report.
My Daughter got fever on 21st January, 2022. We went to Vijaya Diagnosis (KPHB Branch) on 22nd January to get the COVID report. It shows Covid Positive. After concerning to Doctor, We started giving medicines, and she got recovered in 3 days. There was no symptoms after 3 days., of any Fever, cough, cold, but as per our Society it was required to provide Test Result again. We went to same Brach to get a same Report on 29th January, and again got Positive Report. I doubted and went to another Diagnosis Center on 30th January, and it was Covid Negative.
Not sure why Vijaya Diagnosis providing wrong information, and fearing their client, and people around them in this tough situations. I was pretty sure it is wrong diagnosis, as there were no symptoms, and another Lab report proved that.
After complaining this to local Branch, Lab assistant proving themselves that symptoms will change in one hour to one month also. I am not agreeing to that and would like to complaint to Health Department.
I am requesting to stop spreading wrong diagnosis Information to innocent Clients, who already going through tough recovery mode.
