Vijaya Hospital — improper treatment for my father gal bladder stone and hernia operation

This is in regards to my father's treatment mr. Venkatesan seetharaman (I. P. No. 7253/9/2017)
I had sent mail with respect to my dad's treatment on below mentioned dates after rigourous follow-up i had just received a procedure letter only from the doctor which has not answered to any of my question after which i had mailed on 13-feb-2018 still there is no revert on the same.
It seems like the hospital and the doctors hardly care about their mistakes, there were communications sent across but no action was taken, but the revert which i had received did not answer to any of my question, the doctor simply mentioned on the procedure of operation which was done, there were question raised on flaws in the treatment post operation which should have been taken care of, i don't think the doctor has read my letter properly
Is this the way you treat a patient so carelessly and then keep quiet about your mistakes, and the doctors hardly care about human emotions because of their mistakes.
The hospital and the doctors are keeping quiet for their mistake. The treatment which you had given and the type of treatment which was communicated in letter is incomplete.
I need a meeting with the doctor and the senior medical officer who understands things. Hence requesting you to please arrange this meeting soon. Its my humble request so that i can clear my queries and would also request both ceo and gm of hospital to be present because i need to show them something as well.
