Vijaya Hospital — Unethical behaviour | |||
Receptionist of blood bank (2 womens) being disgusting and such a poor service provided by them. I donated blood for first time without knowing the blood group. They informed me while donating that they will update me with my group. So called the blood bank & on call they ask to wait for a minute and make it hold for more than 10 min and disconnecting it without informing. When called back the other lady picks up who isnt aware of the prevoius act. She gives to the earlier person and then laughs at me for calling them back inspite of disconnection of last call. This is not the way you provide services on call, either speak up clearly or dont provide such worst service where the time is wasted for people like us. Was this information helpful? | |||
