None of the steps taken...I haven't received any call from villa world agreegator private limited... how is it possible that its showing my issue is resolved

Updated by Ashishks I am getting the mail again and again from the Hong Kong embassy [protected]@immd.gov.hk please send the documents to us. I asked again which documents are exactly missing and what documents exactly do you required for visa processing. They keep sending the same mail send us all documents I have already sent the documents twice. Initially they told me you just have have to pay rs 3500 rest will be deducted from the salary later they ask for courier charges of rs 8295 after sending the courier they again asked to send the courier I refused to pay to villa world agreegators pvt LTD but instead I told them I will send the courier on my behalf and I paid the courier charges again.
After that they are not answering the call and not even replying the whatsapp messages or email. Its been more than 3 months they are not responding. Initially they say your visa processing will take around 3-4 months but it has been more than 7 months. My career is doomed bcoz I quit the previous job in preparing the documents they asked like pcc, marriage certificate and other documents and I am jobless till now bcoz I trusted villa world agreegators pvt LTD.If someone is reading this please let me know what should I do in this situation and what will be my next step shall I post it more into the social media
