Village Accountant — village account, sonnavadi village, he has rejected my ration card application

Dear sir/madam,

With reference to above subject mr. Purashotham, village account, sonnavadi village, he has rejected my ration card application by claiming the reason that our house door as been closed from past 2 years, but is not true, since some person dont like our family and because of there influence and also he expectations with respect money even i have given application for 3 times and all the three times he has rejected, because of is corruption and he is expecting money. Please look in to issue and do justices.
