I, Vinay Sharma purchased two Geysers Model ADONIA DIGITAL 25L from authorised dealer Karan Electricals of Havells at Meerut on[protected]. One of geyser is not technically fit. the heating and the temperature issue facing in your model. after two times visits of your technical person issue is still same. the person visited my place and trusted me to replace the geyser on same day even They replaced one of front cover too. now I am helpless. I compliant on customer care of havells on[protected] too and called more than 6-7 times. they always say to wait for next 24 hours but I am still having wait of continue next 24 hours but my wait did not over. I have taken two times leave cause of technical guys wanted to visit my place and they wasted my electricity too to check the geyser issue but nevertheless I am blank hands so far. Now I am not satisfied with the quality and service of havells and want my money 12500 back.
