Vinayaka Mission University — not receive convocation certificate

Sir, I have completed my M.Sc degree in mathematics in Aug 2012 through correspondence mode from Vinayaka Mission University through Study Centre in kolkata (Centre Code: WB021). I have received my marksheet long back, and i had applied for the Convocation Certificate submitted my application along with the Demand Draft Rs 1025. Number (942313) dated 09/02/2015 of S.B.I through speed post.. I have send many mails and even Letters to the VInayaka Mission University (Distance Education Department) regarding the same but so far no response from them.
