I nikhil mandal have completed my ma degree in (Arts) from vinayaka mission university through distance study center named global institute of management - kolkata under registration no.[protected], in 2012. I have applied for my migration certificate on 2012 by cheque no 189805 rs. 1025/- date 14.12.2012 speed post, but i did not get my migration certificate. I have send all the documents regarding application.
