[Resolved]  VIP — crack in luggage

Two years ago i bought a hard luggage vip model no verve nxt 65 4w (Mcd) from chopra luggage house, delhi on dated 06.03.17. It has got crack under its handle. Many time i visited shop but not response always tell, only register complain on website. So pls solve my problem as soon possible. I am a regular customer of vip and purchased many luggage of vip
