I had booked a plot at golden oaks, malur, bangalore in september 2015.
I paid rs. 50, 000/- on the spot through credit card.
After few days paid another rs. 50, 000/- through cheque, which was duly cleared by my banker.
It is 2 years now, they have not registered the site or refunded my cash.
I have come to know they are not developers but only brokers.
They have closed their bangalore offices and vanished.
The agent who introduced me before leaving the country had introduced another manager of the company to help me.
Even he is avoiding me by not responding to my phone calls.
