Vip Global Realty — refusing to refund collected amount

I had booked a plot at malur in september 2015. As a token advance i paid rs. 50, 000/- on the site and collected the receipt.

After few days i once again paid rs. 50, 000/-.

But till date they have not registered the site as promised nor returned the amount paid.

I have come to know that they are only agents not developers as advertised.

Now they have closed their bangalore indiranagar office, koramangala office and i do not know if they are operating from bangalore.

Their office at chennai is operating i think.

I have requested the manager of the company to refund the amount immediately but he is escaping by not responding in phone. I do not know if he is still operating from bangalore or not.

I don't know how to get my money back.

Please advise me.
