Sir, i have purchased a suitcase from csd (Kamtee) model no 37048 as on 05 aug 2013 with 10 year warranty. Now last two month my item lock damaged and i have already complain against my suitcase at jalandhar city (Vip suitcase, shop no 39, jalandhar city). Now the problem is their no any action taken from shop keeper due to my location away appx 8 to 10 km. And i am also unable to visit the shop due to my duty. Kindly i request to you repair/replace my suitcase lock.
