It's about one and half months when I purchased a VIP trolley bag. I didn't used use it for one month. But after one I took that bag in my journey to my home. Within that journey one wheel of my bag broke. So I request the company to give the service as soon as possible because I am facing many difficulties. Company sent me the payment link at 11.30 am but the expiry time was 11.25 am so the link expire.
Time and again they are not re generate the link. Plz do the needful.
