Dear Sir, my name is Mahir Hasan. I booked Redmi Note 4 Refurbished phone on viral Deal on September 9, 2017. I received a bogus phone on September 16, 2017. It is a local company phone that is Maxfone and it is not android and is not working. My order number was [protected]. The AWB number of Aramex courier was [protected]. I want my money back from Viral deal. My phone number is [protected]. I am sending the photo of that phone that i received. It is a local phone not redmi note 4. I paid 2749 by icici bank debit card. I want action on viraldeal and want my money back. I am also sending the video o[censored]nwrapping of received wrong product. Please help me.
