Viral Deal — not received my handset even after making payment

I have ordered Honor 9 lite luck by chance through viraldeal website and paid rs 2948 through HDFC credit card on 19/8/2018. I got confirmation that my order id is [protected] and shipment is under process. But I could not received my order I tried to call there phone Number but no response. I wrote a mail to [protected]@ viraldeal.co.in to cancel my order and pay back.i received mail that we will contact you soon.
Till today have not received my order
Kindly look in to my complaint either send me handset Honor 9 lite Or pay back my money.
