Viral Deal — order not delivered and not refund money

I orderd mobile in viral deal ₹349 on 12 oct 2017 still i did not recieved any information, updates about this order, i think viral deal is cheating site, please take complaint against viral deal, i an calling customer care number but this always tell please check the number and mailed also but still i did not got any reply. This site fraud and not return money.

This is most cheating in making money...
