Viral Deal — payment done but product not received

Hello sir,
I've booked a redmi note 4 on 15th feb'18 and your company debited amount from my Debit card and dropped a message::-

"Your order number [[protected]] has been booked with Viraldeal, For a total amount of Rs.2599. Do check your mail for additional details. Thank You."
when I tried to contect customer Care no [[protected]] the namber is not responding.
I did not receive Redmi or got refund my amount back kindly look in to the matter and deliver the Redmi or refund the amount from viraldeal.
From till now nor i got any message and neither i got any mail about it kindly help me by giving and satisfactory mail or order my phone.
Kindly do the needful from your end.
