[Resolved]  Viral Deal — received wrong parcel & no proper response

I have placed an order of slimfit tummy belt and prepaid online stating to redeem cashback of rs.500 & no shipping charge... This is totally fake discount coupon that doesn't implies on the product which we purchase but instead it will direct us to buy another product.. So that we need to pay that amount & that redeem offer will be subjectively get reduced on the later purchase... Which is highly selling marketing ethics... I left it without 2nd purchase... I received my parcel like after 10-12 days with the order which is completely wrong one... They didn't send it what i ordered instead some stupid stuffs i received... Initially i didn't mind big as it usually sometimes happens in a concern... But they don't have any proper help desk support line or email communication at all... These are very miscelleanous... This makes people to feel fraudulent... They are not getting back product or returning my amount of rs.999... There is no response even i called multiple times or emailed them... Very very poor exhausted typical fraudulent annoying help centre... For this type of activity why they build a fake concern and cheat the consumers??? They only have one member attending the helpline which is [protected] this no is not at all reaching out... Only once a guy named himanchu talked to me & without proper message he cut the call... And thereon there is no attending any calls or responding to emails either... [protected]@viraldeals.in... This is the email id... They are not getting product back or refunding my amount of rs.999/... The company location or pincode is not available at the portal...
