Omg this company is so full of it!! They are just screwing people. I ordered this on nov. 10th as a christmas gift and then didn't receive my item until jan 10th!! When i inquired where the product was before it arrived i was told three different things about it's status. One person said that i provided the wrong address (When i asked what address they had on file, they in fact had the correct address), another said it was returned back to the company, and a third person said they were very sorry for the confusion but it was still in fact on it's way??

Upon arrival i requested a refund as it was clearly no longer going to be a christmas gift and i had to shell out another $100 to get another present in time. Well then the real run around started!

I've literally gone back and forth eighteen times with this company!! First they said yes they will fully refund if returned within 30 days but didn't provide a return address. I requested the address and it took a full day for them to respond and instead of giving me what i asked for they said they would be happy to refund me 20% of the price i paid and i can keep it?? Ummmi paid over $100, sorry but $20 doesn't cut it. I requested a full refund again and they just keep repeating the same message that i should try it out for 40 days then return it. Yet they said it would need to be returned within 30 days to get a full refund. Do you think we don't know what your doing. You are going down viral deal. You messed with the wrong person!
