Viral Deals — product not delivered and another product delivered which was damaged

Hi,
I myself nethravathi n and i had ordered two products named steameasy-power of both iron and steamer and order number is #vds49389 on 25/04/19 later on 2/05/19 only one product was delivered and it was not in a good condition. I received a call on the same day saying another product will be delivered on the next day but i dint receive till now. I am trying to connect with viral deals via mail but there is no response till now. I also tried to call them but there is no response. Kindly look into the matter and consider my complaint seriously and i need the money i had paid them with interest.
