Viral Deals — received defective product and company is not refunding my money

I have been orderd ARC™ Handy Portable AC on 7th jun 2019 of cost 2098Rs. from https://viraldealz.in/products/arc

after confirmation from the customer care about refund policy I have been placed cash of delivery of the below order.

REASON for return: Faulty USB port in product. USB cable is not getting inserted.

After delivery of the product I have received a defective product. I tried multiple time to reach customer care. But due to poor customer care service I could not reach out to them. then I have dropped a email to "[protected]@viraldeals.in". They asked to ship the product on the following address:

Viraldeals, #3415, Mubarikpur, Mohali, Punjab, 140201, India, MOBILE NO. : [protected]

I have been courier this product through DTDC on 25th june 2019 of RS 250. DTDC consignment no:D52615458.

On 27th Jun 2019, Viral deals confirmed that "product has been delivered to them" now they are not refunding my money and not replying to my emails.

Requesting your help on this.
