Ordered product 11/07/2018 order #9251-vd... It has been 8 months and i have yet to receive it. I emailed viral deals on : 02/22, 02/26, 04-09, 04/13, 05/13 and 06/30/19 with nothing resolved. The email address listed would not open... The phone number was no good. The emails i did receive (From mary?) said they were looking into it... Then told me it was delivered to me on december 1, 2018... Where is the receipt of delivery? This is a poor way to deal with customers who trust a company to be honest about their product dealings. You took my money quick enough... I would like your company to make this right, either send the item or refund my money, $149.94 i will continue to complain until this is resolved!
