Viral Deals — viral deal - money was deducted but order was not placed

I placed order (Cleanscrub pro - cleaner, spinner & scrubber × 1 buy [protected]@2499) on 11th sep for amount rs 2499. It looks like there was technical issue on 'viral deal' website due to which money was debited from my account but order was not successful.

I called viral deal multiple times on the number provide in viraldeals website and dropped emails but no response from them.

Its been more than 2 months and till now i have not received my order/refund. Now i want my money back to my account, don't want any product.
