Viraldeal — payment done but items denying

Dear sir/madam,

I viewed an offer on dainik bhaskar (On internet) on dated[protected] of viraldeal. I get interested in that and ordered followings after created my id on www.viraldeal.co.in :

1. 32 inch smart led tv

2. Smart mobile phone

Since thereafter, i didn’t receive any confirmation neither on email nor on mobile regarding payment receipt from the viraldeal till yet. After some times when i opened my id on viraldeal i shocked to see that my order history is empty and not showing my order’s which i booked and made payment of rs. 12497/-.

I tried so many times to the contact to the dealer on email as well on the mobile no. Which is mention on the website, it rings but on the other end nobody picks my phone. I am feeling that i am being cheated by the owner of the website and it resumes fake as well.

It is therefore requested to you kindly; help me to get my money back.
