I received a product that i did not order. The product that i thought i was ordering, was evidently misrepresented. Plus they took out almost 3× the amount i agreed to pay for the product. I ordered the product on 11/27/18, and received it on 1/7/19, which is 43 days it took to get it, when they state it will take around 2-3 weeks to get the product. I have tried getting a hold of viraldeal for 5 days now, to get the return address, so i can return this product back to them, and get my money back from them! They have a 30 day money back guarantee, so this is all that i'm trying to do, is get my money back, and return them their product! But they will not get back to me. I have tried getting a hold of them via email, and telephone, with no response back from them. So my guess is that, i'm not the first person, or the only person that they have done this to. Especially after reading all the bad review's that they are getting for this same exact thing. So i guess this is common practice for them. Which i see as "fraud & theft". Especially when i thought i was ordering a totally different product for under $100, and they sent me a misrepresented product and charged me $261.94.. I don't see how i can let them get away with this!. Plus i don't have that kind of money, to waste, especially! All i want is what they offer... "a 30 day money back guarantee!"
