My complaint description:
I booked mobile phone redmee (Mi note -4)
Via internet through my kotak mahindera bank debit card on 20.12.2017 to viral deal and i got sms that my order no. Is [protected].
I only received this message
(Your order number [protected] has been booked with viraldeal, for a total amount of rs.2300. Do check your mail for additional details.)

When i tried to contact customer care [protected] the number is not responding. When i checked viraldeal website it is showing my epayment is received by the company. Plz refunded my amount back. Kindly look into the matter and deliver the mobile phone mi-note-4 or refund the amount from viraldeal.

Plz take action on it…
Try to understand and search where the money goes and think about if money is transfer to any terrist etc.
