Sir, i booked mobile redmi note 4 via internet through my hdfc credit card on 25.8.2017 to viral deal and i got sms that my order no. Is #[protected]. When i tried to contact customer care [protected] the number is not responding. When i checked viraldeal website it is showing my epayment is received by the company. Till today, i did not receive redmi note 4 mobile or got refunded my amount back. Kindly look into the matter and deliver the mobile or refund the amount from viraldeal.
