I had purchased in redmi note 4 refurbished mobile and i have paid epaiment at rs 2749 on dt_16/1/18. But i have not received my mobile on dt.13/2/18. Company not send my order near one month. I placed an order with Viraldeal.com on November 23, 2018 and have never received the product, order confirmation email, or shipping details. Customer service agents never answer the phone and and the emails I try to send will not go through.
