As a part of preventive health check up i have visited your hospital on 21/05/19 and paid rs. 3750/-for my wife and rs. 7500/-for self. Almost one month elapsed till today i have not received some of reports of (Mammography) my wife inspite of many requests and reminder s. One mr. Jayaprakash who is incharge said he will send the report immediately. But till now not sent. When i went to collect the reports they said they couldn't trace them. It shows the gross negligence of the hospital authorities towards patients. Was this information helpful? |
