I have finalised a 2 Nights and 3 days Group tour of 5 persons for Darshan of Shri Amarnath ji for Rs. 42, 250/- from 05.07.18 to 07.07.18. I have paid a advance Rs. 7, 000/- into their IDBI Bank Account No. [protected] through NEFT on 02.05.18. My tour itinerary is to pickup from Udhampur on 05.07.18 early morning and proceed to Sonmarg (J&K). 06.07.18- Early morning proceed for Shri Amarnath ji Darshan by Helicopter and return back. 07.07.18-Drop to Katra. My above package include Taxi pickup and drop, Helicopter tickets, Hotel stay with Breakfast Dinner. Travel agency told us that they will provide us Helicopter Tickets from Neelgath to Panchtarni to Neelgarth by 15.05.18 because they told us that Shri Amarnath Shrine Board provide the tickets to Agents on 15.05.18 but they will not provide the same to us and again committed another date, they always given false commitment. Suddenly they demanding Rs. 25, 000/- more from us for helicopter tickets, out of the deal. We agree to pay the same but insisting him that first you should provide the tickets then we will transfer the same within an hour into your Bank account through NEFT on the same day. He had not provide tickets to us and always demanding Rs.25, 000/-. After regular follow-up to him and just 10-11 days prior to our tour they told us that if you not transfer the amount then cancel the deal. We thought that they are fraud therefore not providing us the helicopter tickets and trying to cheat us by Rs.32, 000/-. Virtual Travel is totally spoiled our tour and now he is not paying our advance amount Rs. 7, 000/-. Was this information helpful? | |||||
