I was searching at justdial for a maid from beurau.
you provided my number to some beureu and contacted me through his another number.
they came at home (september 29, 2020), got the security (Rs.36000) and left the maid here.

the maid left the home after 2-3 hours.

we discovered in 2-3 days that they were fraud and immediately made a complaint at your customer care also.
all details and contact numbers were shared with you.

we keep contacting them for few days after your advice but then they changed their contact numbers.

the team at your customer care committed that the case will be solved very soon.

i have called 4-5 times but their is no update regarding this.

Really very very unsatisfied with your big brand.

I was cheated by them due to them but JUSTDIAL is also responsible for that.
