Vishal Mega Mart — Bad customer service | |
I went to vishal mega mart in zirakpur (Vip road) its my first visit to the store, as i live in canada. I asked for the assistance in baby's section to sheetal. I think she is manager or supervisor of the store. She totally ignore and carry on with her work but this is really bad customer service. I know about this as i am also a store manager. If a manager will not take care of customers in the store, so the other employees will also never bother about this which is really important for a store. So it was a bad experience to visit the store for first time. Hope you will take care of this matter and tell your staff to attend customers in a good way.
