[Resolved] Vishal Mega Mart Bhiwani Unit — Defective Piece of Blazer | |||
I had purchased one Nos. Blazer from Vishal Mega Mart Bhiwani Unit on 27th Nov 14 vide bill No 300/[protected] (attach). Very Next day I worn this Blazer at my relative marriage ceremony away from Bhiwani. Stitching of (Rt side underarm) removed. However, when I returned back Bhiwani on 02 Dec 14, visit your Bhiwani unit and met Mr. Arun, told the story by showing defective piece. He ignored our complaint & misbehaved us. His comments were :- (a) We are not responsible once item carried out of from Shop. (b) You may take legal action (c) We have not any tailor for repairing neither we pay any charges of repair. (d) We are not having any contact No of our superior officer. I have logged complaint in Register taken photographs alongwith Mr. Arun Ji and one another person on counter. I wish to approach Media, but at last movement I think I have to approach Complaint Cell of Vishal Mega Mart. You are kindly requested take necessary action for replacement of defective item.
