Vishal Mega Mart — charging money for carry bag

I have done some shopping at the sant pura modi nagar ghaziabad store on[protected] vide invoice no.[protected].37 pm. The store has charged a sum of rs. 14 for carry bag. When i asked the cashier about why they are charging for carry bag, she said i have to pay for it else they can not give carry bag to me. She also showed me the poster which they have displayed on cash counter stating that the carry bag is available on chargeable basis. I told her that consumer courts has given many decision about this issue and requested her not to charge for the same. She denied and sent me to store manager. I paid for the carry bah and went to visit the manager. Mr. Shubham bhatnagar the person i met in manager room said that i have to pay for carry bag. I feel it is a deficiency in service and as a customer i felt bad. Pls take necessary action and resolve my complain.
