This complaint is regarding one of your stores in amroha, uttar pradesh. I do not remember the name but the one who was checking bills and the products before leaving the store wasn’t actually active in counting the things i bought and she counted it like 5-6 times again n again which was quite offensive to me, date was 28-10-19. I am taking this very seriously and i was the regular customer of your store will share the picture of my bill and the staff member too.. Given the gravity of the offense that has allegedly been committed was unacceptable and after all this happened when i tried to return whatever i bought then cashier was very rude and he returned everything after offending me and my family by cash.. I need an apology letter by your organisation for the same and if i am not getting its revert with an apology anytime soon then you guys are humiliating your customers..
