Vishal Mega Mart — Prestige mop warranty | |||
I have purchased a prestige mop model PSB-24 on 1st june 2021 from Narela store with telling onsite warranty. But after happening issue within use of 12-15 days it got heavy spin. Hand also got injured with spinning. So we called to customer care as told at the time of selling the product to visit onsite. But care executive denies to visit at home with telling his company norms of old age and disabled person only. I also inform to store about the issue, they also denied to solve the issue after keeping the product about 1 month. We are not able to visit to service centre as it is so far from home city and travelling issues with family. My wife is pregnant. My mother is the age of 65+. I am a job person. My job is from monday to Saturday. Service centre is closed on Sunday. I reguest to solve this issue by visiting the executive on homesite or product replacement by the store.
