I have purchase 1 air cooler from faridabad sec-31 vishal mega mart store
And facing issue of water leaking and electric shock and logged a complaint on vishal consumer help line - [protected]
One day technician visit to my home and he tell him that we can not resolve this issue it is manufacturer defect.
Complaint no - 1808166 dated - 06/08/2018
But till date this issue not yet resolved.
