Vishal Mega Mart — Repair o[censored]sha Induction Cooker | |
Dear Team, I had purchased an USHA Induction Cooker from your Bahu Plaza Jammu outlet. The date of Purchase was 12.11.2020. The serial Number of the Induction was 08/2020, Model No. IC3616. However it stopped working after use of three months. I had lodged a complaint with USHA for repair of the same vide No. CC[protected] DATED 2nd April 2021, followed by another on 07th June vide Complaint No. CC[protected]. I have the Warranty Card of the Article but it does not have Memo No. mentioned on it as desired by the USHA. Moreover, the Invoice of the same has already been faded. I had visited your Bahu Plaza Jammu outlet for the issuance of Duplicate Bill for couple of times. But nobody could help me with it. I had been struggling to get it fixed. I have spent more money on travel then the actual cost of the article that I had purchased. It is the poorest Customer service that Vishal Mega Mart people are providing. In addition to it, mentioning Memo Number was the duty of Employees of our organization as the Bills of Vishal cannot be preserved for long due to Ink used in it. You are requested to either get it fixed or replaced or simply stop selling thing which you cannot get fixed. I will not recommend any one the Electronics .
