I would like to bring to your kind attention about today's incident at one of your stores in the Bangalore-Ayyappa Nagar branch. The store manager had behaved rudely with my wife over a product return. The flat tawa that we purchased has stubborn glue marks and stickiness even after several attempts to remove it. I had personally tried with hot water, stain removal but none worked. The stickiness does not go away at all.
Our guests had noticed it too and it was very embarrassing. We are quite a regular shopper at Vishal. This is the first ever return we placed and went through a horrible experience. The store manager was irate and non-cooperative. When asked to refund, he got furious and snatched the bill from my wife’s hand and gestured badly to his staff commanding them to return the money as though he is giving back our money for charity
We would like to inform you that it is the customer’s right to get back their money for a defective or malfunctioned product. No business can deny such reasons. I demand an apology from the store manager else I will file a complaint in consumer court.
You may find our bills registered under the phone. Please contact us to discuss it. I am hoping that your department will deal this with a professional attitude and not ignoring such incident that can happen with another customer and goes unrecorded
