I have booked my refil cylinder on 8th of december, it has been a month i have not got any updates and i visited the office thrice but they are not responding properly, they are asking me to get the empty refill from our home and they will provide filled cylinder. It is difficult for me to do that, and they have not provided any alternative for this.
This has become a big headache for me every month, please update us as soon as possible.

Request you to revoke their licence ASAP.
